新华社记者从有关部门获悉，2月6日王立军私自进入美国驻成都总领事馆滞留事件发生后，对王立军反映的2011年11月15日英国公民尼尔·伍德在重庆被发现死亡一案，公安机关高度重视，专门成立了复查组，本着实事求是的态度，依法进行了复查。
据调查，薄谷开来（薄熙来同志妻子）及其子同尼尔·伍德过去关系良好，后因经济利益问题产生矛盾并不断激化。
经复查，现有证据证明尼尔·伍德死于他杀，薄谷开来和张晓军（薄家勤务人员）有重大作案嫌疑。
薄谷开来、张晓军涉嫌故意杀人犯罪，已经移送司法机关。
有关部门负责人表示，我国是社会主义法治国家，法律的尊严和权威不容践踏。不论涉及到谁，只要触犯法律，都将依法处理，决不姑息。

Heywood ran a company named Heywood Boddington Associates, registered at his mother’s house in London. It claims to be “a multi-discipline consultancy focusing on serving the interests of UK businesses in the People’s Republic of China".[5]
He developed a business relationship with Gu Kailai, a lawyer, businesswoman, and the wife of Bo Xilai. Both Gu and Bo are children of once-prominent members of the Chinese Communist Party.
Businessmen have complained that any foreign company wishing to work in Chongqing had to appoint Gu Kailai's law firm to act on its behalf, failing which it could not get required permissions and licenses. The law firm, Kailai Law (now Beijing Ang-dao Law), is said to have charged exorbitant fees.[8]
Heywood had clients including Rolls-Royce. He was hired occasionally by Hakluyt & Company, a consultancy firm co-founded by a former officer in MI6 intelligence service.[8]

The British businessman whose sudden death has been linked to China's current leadership struggles worked as a consultant for a business intelligence firm founded by ex-MI6 officers, it has emerged.
Britain said on Sunday that it had asked China to investigate the sudden death of Neil Heywood in Chongqing last November. The 41-year-old had ties to Bo Xilai, the city's high-profile party boss, whose dismissal two weeks ago has sent shockwaves through Chinese politics in the runup to this autumn's leadership transition.
A spokesman for Hakluyt & Co said Heywood worked for them on a periodical basis and had not handled any work in the south-western city for them. "Neil had a long history of advising western companies on China and we were among those who sought his advice. We are greatly saddened by his death," he added.
Hakluyt services include strategic intelligence and due diligence. But such work can be sensitive in China, where businesses often have powerful ties to local officials.

今天大盘走得不错，如果能突破2350这个压力位的话，有望在中线走到2500以上，从前几天地产银行频繁拉起看，似乎有大资金在运作，开闸放水的概率的确是非常高了
但突破失败的话，那还得去找2132的低点去了，明天周五，比较关键
只要明天能站稳2350，则大盘有望重回2500，甚至2600
我想周末应该会有消息了，开闸放水已经是大概率事件。
事实上薄同志的倒掉也意味着高层斗争恐怕已经决出胜负了，大家未来5年依然高举旗帜紧密的团结在胡的周围，一个统一的声音，对于未来解决目前的经济困境显然是有很大好处的，内斗不止，何来发展。
技术上看，短线很快就要回调了，能否站稳2350是关键，如果稳固，则2500应该是能再次看到，甚至有冲上2600的可能
不过这基本就是极限了，现在的股市由于放水开闸这么个特大利好出现的影响短期是有继续向上潜力的，但整个国家经济不太好，所以长线看依然没戏，主力也要吃饭的，所以不管放水不放水，主力们应该都会借机再向上
当然，2350站不住，那大家恐怕就要2100再会了，炒A股实在太伤脑细胞了，所以我不打算回归，除非跌破2000点
也就是说，不破2000点，我就不认为中国的股市有任何长线操作价值，我宁可继续持有美元和美股

2350还需要整固，暂时大盘不会有再发力了，短线指标有点过高，需要修正，要想冲得更高，现在底子一定要过硬才行
中欧陆家嘴国际金融研究院副院长刘胜军在接受和讯网连线时表示，一季度GDP数据比预期低，宏观经济呈现“外紧内松”的特点。
刘胜军认为，造成一季度GDP增速放缓有四方面因素：一、贸易顺差消失，外贸对GDP贡献为0；二、房地产业利润下滑，国家对房地产调控力度没有放松；三、铁路主管部门所推出的5000多亿铁路建设投资计划；四、受地方债务危机的影响，地方政府投资势头渐弱。
