Purposeof role
This internship role will be supporting theteam with a multitude of core duties, such as market trend analyses, as well asexecution and portfolio management duties across different deals and projects.
Yourkey accountabilities
This role works in the team to supportsenior staff in the analysis and monitoring of market and industry trends,targeted companies, as well as existing deals and projects.
· Research, collect, and analyzeinformation about market/industry as well as individual corporations toforecast business, industry, and economic conditions trends and present oraland written reports to team members
· Assist senior staff to develop investmenttheses and identify opportunities
· Assist in conducting due diligence onpotential investee companies
· Assist deal team to monitor existinginvestments through:
o Analysis of information obtained fromfinancial publications and services, investment banking firms, governmentagencies, trade publications, company sources, and personal interviews,
o Gather and interpret data affectinginvestments, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investmentrisks, economic influences, and
o Analyze and monitor investees’ keyperformance metrics every month
Yourskills and experience
· Currently undergoing a graduate programin business and/or science (information technology, life sciences, electricalengineering)
· Preferably 2 – 3 years of relevant workexperience (for example, investment, high-technology, and/or healthcare)
· Excellent mathematical and financialskills. Able to use these skills to solve complex problems.
· Excellent knowledge and understanding ofMandarin Chinese and English (listening, writing, speaking).
· Excellent critical thinking skills.
· Solid judgment and decision-making.
· Solid complex problem-solving skills.Identifies potential problems, reviews related information to evaluate options,and implements solutions.
· Solid communication skills: concise,effective, persuasive, and proactive, with a forthright, direct style.
· Active learner. Understands theimplications of new information for problem-solving and decision-making.

华泰国际私募股权基金是华泰证券旗下美元基金，投资领域覆盖科技、医疗和消费，现招聘【科技组】实习生（2人）
工作内容：
1. 深度参与产业专题研究，基于公开信息与行业专家访谈，协助撰写研究报告；
2．深度参与项目研究，协助进行项目尽职调查（CDD、FDD）、搭建财务估值模型，撰写相关投资报告；
3. 投资领域：以半导体、工业自动化、碳中和为主的科技领域各细分赛道
岗位要求：
1．国内外一线院校大四在读（已有研究生offer）或研究生及以上在读；
2．对投资研究工作有强烈兴趣，拥有较强的好奇心、学习能力和责任心；
3．有相关产业研究经验者优先考虑，包括但不限于碳中和、半导体、汽车、工业自动化等；
4．实习时间不少于3个月，每周到岗时间不少于3天。
工作地点：北京金融街
实习工资：全勤3000元/月
