Mr. Junbao Zhang has been the chairman and CEO of our company since 2022. Since 2019, he has served as the general manager of Shenzhen Junzhang Information Technology Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in Hong Kong and US stock brokerage business and Hong Kong stock investment banking business. At the same time, as a partner of VALUE INVESTMENT, he has very rich experience in Hong Kong and US stock investment and brokerage business. From 2008 to 2018, he served as the co-founder of Zhejiang Kangbang Home Furnishing Co., Ltd.
Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from East China Normal University.
张健先生 Mr. Jian Zhang
Mr. Jian Zhang has served as a director of our company since 2022. From 2017 to 2022, Mr. Zhang was the general manager of Tongliao Kangaroo Financial Consulting Co. which is principally engaged in financial consulting related business. From 2015 to 2017, he served as the general manager of the institutional business department of Redstone Group. From 2011 to 2015, he served as the manager of the institutional business department of Zhongrong International Investment Company. From 2007 to 2010, he served as the marketing manager of Shenyang Branch of Galaxy Securities, which is mainly engaged in securities business and investment banking business in China.
吕平先生 Mr. Ping LYU
Mr. Ping LYU has been a director of our company since 2022. Since November 2022, Mr. LYU has been a non-executive director of China Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 204). Since 2015, he has served as the chairman of Shenzhen Qianhai Guoping Capital Management Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in Hong Kong and US stock investment banking business and investment business. From 2001 to 2015, he served as the managing partner of Jilin Jiahe Law Firm. From 1993 to 1998, he served as the chairman of Hainan Shunfeng International Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. The company is principally engaged in futures brokerage business.
Mr. LYU holds a master's degree in law from Jilin University.
Mr. LYU served as the chairman of the "Filial Virtue Special Cultural Fund Committee of the Chinese National Culture and Art Foundation", the deputy head of the "Rural Revitalization Industry Alliance of the Rural Revitalization Bureau", the first vice chairman of the "World Federation of Chinese", and the "National Small and Medium Enterprises Integrity Alliance". "Legal consultant, strategic consultant of "Chinese Traditional Culture Promotion Association", academic committee member of "Chinese Academy of Management Sciences", deputy director of Innovation Institute, visiting professor of business school, director of equity investment research center and other social positions.
Mr. LYU holds a Chinese lawyer's practice certificate. He has served as a long-term legal consultant and capital consultant for many large state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jilin Province.
Mr. Xuebin Zhang
Mr. Xuebin Zhang has been a director of our company since 2022. Since 2018, Mr. Zhang has been the general manager of the Shanghai branch of Shenzhen All Shape Asset Management Co. From 2016 to 2018, he held the position of General Manager of the Shanghai Branch of EFH Overseas Business Department in Shanghai. From 2014 to 2016, he was the Head of Management Department at Shanghai Wan Yi Assets. From 2008 to 2014, he worked as an investment manager at Shanghai Fengrun Investment Advisory.
Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Nankai University.
