Apparently in South Korea, you can
legally edit and Photoshop your legal photos (ID, passport) to make
yourself look as you please as long it's not too crazy of a change. You
can make your eyes or lips bigger/smaller, slim down your face, etc.
在韩国，你可以合法地编辑和Photoshop你的合法照片（身份证、护照），让自己看起来随心所欲，只要改变不太疯狂。你可以让你的眼睛或嘴唇变大/变小，瘦脸等等。
These cannot be pictures of the same woman - the one on the right has a much longer neck, so her head is at least 20–30 percent smaller. This would have required radical facial reconstruction, much more than standard “cosmetic surgery.”

I was also thinking about how her eyes changed…or maybe surgery included contact lenses with large pupil/iris and she got training in how to not look in a goofy way…
