美国每个州的首府都有一个帐篷城（流浪汉），一条毒品街。对于一个民主和富裕的国家来说，这确实是不是好现象。在美国首都华盛顿也是如此。
There are everywhere. Every state's capital has a tent city, a drug street. What a shameful sight for a democratic and rich country. Oh, i forgot, they don't know what's shame.

如果你到洛杉矶，每条街上随处可见无家可归的人和丧尸精神病apocalyptic。被药品毒害的人。
早些年的我国内也存在不少这种流浪汉，随着全国范围的扶贫工作和城市文明建设，这种情况较少见了。我所了解的情况是，城市划分片区，各片区网格排查各区域的，将流浪者回去，确实有困难的，请当地再给帮扶保障生活。
看到美国的躺平的帐篷城，我想到的是我国的到处开花的地摊经济，莫名的感觉有几分相似，仔细一想，应该属于开源节流，一个是节流一个是开源。

也许米国人没钱了，搭个帐篷到公益组织（Food banks）或者其它地方领点食物。我们不行，这种homeless的流浪，是要被送到救助站的。不是所有无家可归就能被救助的，还需要是确实无力养活自己而流浪的人才能被救助。如果某流量汉有劳动能力却又不劳动，那就自己挨饿吧，饿了自然知道去干活挣钱吃饭了。
