这句话里的trial
balloon也很有意思，源自法语ballon d'essai，原本指的是测风向的气球，后来被英语借用，特指“向媒体 放风”，ZF和企业常用的一种宣传手段，故意向媒体发布一些信息片段，测试一下公众的反应，根据舆论反应再做决定。
这种手法也叫kite-flying（试飞风筝）。
