一、高卧 slumbering in comfort
二、靜坐 sitting in quietness
三、嘗酒 savoring liquor
四、試茶 trying (new) tea
五、閱讀 reading
六、臨帖 copying the (calligraphy) copybook
七、對畫 dialoging with paintings
八、誦經 chanting Buddhist scriptures
九、詠歌 singing and hymning
十、鼓琴 playing the Guqin and strings
十一、焚香 burning incense
十二、蒔花 flowering and gardening
十三、候月 awaiting the moon
十四、聽雨 listening to the rain
十五、望雲 gazing at the clouds
十六、瞻星 sighting the stars
十七、負暄 sun-bathing in winter
十八、賞雪 admiring the snow
十九、看鳥 viewing birds
二十、觀魚 appreciating the fish
二十一、漱泉 drinking the spring water
二十二、濯足 washing feet (in the creek)
二十三、倚竹 leaning on the bamboo
二十四、撫松 fondling with pine trees
二十五、 遠眺 looking into the distance
二十六、俯瞰 overlooking in a bird’s eye
二十七、散步 promenading
二十八、蕩舟 rowing boat
二十九、遊山 touring the mountain
三十、玩水 relishing the waters
三十一、訪古 visiting ancient relics
三十二、尋幽 discovering quietness in seclusion
三十三、消寒 fending off the cold
三十四、避暑 retreating from the heat
三十五、隨緣 following karma
三十六、忘愁 letting go of worries
三十七、 慰親 comforting parents
三十八、習業 honing in on intellect and knowledge
三十九、為善 doing good deeds
四十、布施 giving alms
现在人只有一件乐事：玩手机、玩手机、玩手机
