（1）I’d like to speak to….
我想找...
（2）I’m calling from ….
我是从...
（3）I’m calling on behalf of …
我代表...打电话给
（4）Taking a call
接电话
(take: I gotta take this 我得接这个电话)
（5）(This is… 这里是……)
Sunshine Technology.阳光科技。/ John David’s office.约翰大卫办公室。/ Go for 我是.../ Go for John.我是约翰。
（后面+ How can I help you？我能为你做些什么？）
（6）who’s this/is it？
你是谁？
（Where are you calling from？你是从哪里打来的？）
（7）Asking to hold：
让别人稍等一下：
Just a moment/ minute / second / sec please. 请稍等。
Could you hold on please？
你能稍等一下吗？
May I put you on hold please？
我可以让你稍等吗？
（8）Giving negative info:
给出不的信息：
I’m afraid he’s not in the office.
恐怕他不在办公室。
I’m afraid you’ve got the wrong number.
恐怕你打错电话了。
I’m afraid there’s no one by that name here.恐怕这里没有这个人。/ there’s no John.这里没有约翰。
