Prioritize：这个verb在外企经常会用到，而且非常地popular，大家都很喜欢用，不仅显得很有sense，又不会给人装B的感觉，可以说是非常实用了。

及物动词，
中文意思：
优先考虑，优先处理，优先化
英文解释：
Assign apriority to, 也是名词priority 的动词化；
To deal with one thing first, becauseit is the most important；
To put several things,problems etc. in order of importance, so that you can deal with the mostimportant ones first.
在外企，每个人手头上都有很多事情要处理，每个人的侧重点也不同，要能在关键时刻说服别人或者要求别人优先处理自己的需求，或者特别重要的需求，这是非常critical 的，我们还是来看看在外企大家是怎么利用这个词来表达的吧。
E.g. 1 Pleaseprioritize validating the 3M glue for the peeling off issue.
关于剥落的问题，请优先验证3M 胶水。
E.g. 2 Let’sprioritize Peter to complete the whole schedule first before discussing thedetails with him.
在我们和Peter讨论细节之前，让他优先完成整个计划。
E.g.3 Pleaseprioritize the PD all hands meeting next Tuesday.
请优先安排参加下周二的PD全体会议。

会议之前将报告分享给大家，客户抱怨相关事宜会优先检讨。
看完动词，再回来看名词Priority，优先，优先权，就没什么难度了吧，这两个词关联记忆吧，直接举例子了。
E.g. Duringthe COVID-19 pandemic, everyone should take safety as the first priority.
新冠病毒流行期间，每个人都应该把健康放在第一位。
Firstpriority, 和top priority 意思差不多，都是最优先的意思。
还有比较常见的词组：
Give priorityto, 和make priority to一样，意思为优先考虑……
Highpriority/Low priority, 高优先级/低优先级
