常见的感谢：Thank you / Thanks
最常见的是用thank you 和 thanks, 来表达某人对你说的或者对你做的比较好的事情，你来表达感谢。
Thank you 要比 thanks 要正式一点点, 但是在英国的话，你会听到人们说 thanks 要比 thank you 更多一些。
感谢多一些：Thanks so much / Thanks very much / Thank you very much / Thank you so much
例句：
Thanks so much for dinner. It was great. 非常感谢今天的晚餐，非常棒。
Thanks very much for making dinner tonight. 非常感谢你今晚做饭了
Thanks a lot for looking after the children. 非常感谢你照顾孩子们。
Thank you so much for helping me out today. 非常感谢你今天帮我。

在口语或者白话里，英国人会在thanks 的结尾加上一个单词 mate. 如果说话的人年龄比较大， 他们也会加上love, 就是 thanks love
Thanks mate / θæŋks meɪ /
注意在说这个词的时候，mate 里的 t 是不发音的
白话里常见的谢谢：Cheers / Ta
在其他的英语国家，cheers 是当我们举杯唱响或祝福的时候会说 “干杯 cheers.” 但是在英国，cheers 是一个非常常见的白话来表达感谢。那如果是在英国的北部的话呢， 会用 Ta 来表达 cheers
ta /tɑ:/ means 'thank you'.
恩人，受我一拜：You’re a lifesaver / You’re a star / You’re a hero
直接翻译成中文呢，就是说“你是一个lifesaver, 就是救命恩人” 或者 you are a star 你是颗闪亮的星，you are a hero 你是个英雄。
例句：

miss the train：赶不上火车
is there any chance：有没有可能
a lift：搭车 / give me a lift：开车送我一下
除了用 you are a star, you are a lifesaver 来表达你感恩之情呢，你也可有用 you are a hero..you’ve saved my life / I owe you one / I owe you big time 来表达。
虽然表示感谢，但也可以用来讽刺：Thank a lot / Thanks a bunch
虽然thanks a lot 和 thanks a bunch都是可以用来表达感谢的，但是大家需要注意有什么在讽刺别人做了一件对你来说不是很好的事情的时候，也可以用这两个表达方式。
例句：
You told John what I told you in private? Thanks a bunch!
你把我私下和你说的话告诉John了？谢谢！
Thanks a lot for spoiling my evening.
非常感谢你毁了我的夜晚。
矮油！你那么客气干嘛啦：You shouldn't have
通常是在你收到了别人给买的礼物，或者是做了一件令惊喜的好事儿的时候，你会说 ： You shouldn't have
例句：

好美的项链啊！you shouldn't have!
最后的最后：I appreciate it / much appreciated
在对话里呢，英国人会在thank you 以后加一句 I appreciated it。你也会看到 appreciated 在正式的讲话里或者书写里来表达感谢。
例句：
Thank you for helping me move that piano,I really appreciate it.
谢谢你帮搬了那个钢琴，我很感激。
Your donations to the fundraiser were much appreciated.
感谢你向筹款人捐的款。

fund：款项 / fundraiser：筹款人
