今天我们就一起聊聊火锅的英文表达，做个有文化的吃货。
中国的火锅可谓千锅千味。开吃前，我们要先一起来选个锅底。
锅底
每次大家一起围坐吃火锅，为了让吃辣的和不吃辣的人都能吃得好，很多人都会选择鸳鸯锅。鸳鸯锅怎么说呢？
来看锅底的有关表达：

鉴于西方文化中没有鸳鸯这个概念，鸳鸯锅在英语中可千万不能直接说成lovebirds pot 或者 mandarin duck pot。而用double-flavor pot表达。
所以，鸳鸯锅里并没有鸳鸯。

选完锅底，要去配小料（seasoning）了。
麻酱腐乳、干碟油碟蘸水……不同地区的火锅，会有不同的小料搭配，最经典的麻酱怎么说？
