近日，《脱口秀大会》的一个节目片段在微博上火了一把。
女脱口秀演员杨笠对于“直男自信”的精准吐槽引起了许多网友的共鸣。微博热评称她为“妇女之友”。她的表演也拿下了当场的最高分。CGTN也报道说：

杨笠吐槽性别歧视和女性刻板印象的喜剧段落火爆网络。
“As men, you stand at the center of the universe. You spout pearls of wisdom that shape the future of the world. So, when your female friend comes to you, you might wonder: ‘Is she hoping to share her sadness with me? No, she must be hoping to learn something from me!’”
“作为男人，你们永远站在世界的中心，你们说的每一句话都特别重要，都是至理名言，都为这个世界指明了发展的方向。所以你们会想说：‘啊？这个人只是单纯地来找我倾诉心事的？不可能，她一定是想从我身上学到点儿什么。”
The audience roars with laughter and applause as Yang Li, flashing a mischievous grin, finishes her monologue with a flourish.
杨笠结尾爆梗，嘴角露出坏笑，观众笑作一团，掌声雷动。
Yang received the highest audience-rated score of the evening’s 10 contestants, winning her an outpouring of support on Chinese social media, as well as the coveted title of “Punchline King.”
杨笠的观众投票是当晚十位参赛选手中最高的，该表演也在社交媒体上赢得了一片呼声，同时她也荣获“爆梗王”。
“Yang Li is definitely a friend to women!” one fan wrote under a video of her set. “I really wish China’s stand-up industry would have more women, to flush out the culture of toxic masculinity,” wrote another。
“杨笠绝对是妇女之友！”当晚有粉丝在她的视频下写道。还有人评论道：“我真的希望中国单口喜剧行业能有更多女喜剧演员，这样才能洗刷下有毒的男性气质。
脱口秀火起来是近年来的事情。同时，脱口秀女演员少也是显而易见的事实。
Stand-up comedy is a new thing in China, with open mic nights first emerging in Beijing and Shanghai in 2009. TV skit series and roast shows like "80's Talk Show" and "Rock & Roast" were such a success that they drove audiences to check their local bars for a dose of belly laughs.
单口喜剧在中国是一个新生事物，2009年北京和上海才首次出现开放麦表演。 《今晚80后脱口秀》以及《脱口秀大会》这样的电视喜剧节目和吐槽节目非常成功，吸引观众纷纷去到当地酒吧开怀大笑。
杨梦琦在舞台上的名字是Norah，她2010年毕业于复旦大学英语语言文学专业，随后赴杜克大学读硕士。在香港工作数年后，杨梦琦于2016年回到上海，偶然间接触了脱口秀，便开始了白天做公司营销总监晚上讲脱口秀的职业生涯。
她不仅讲中文脱口秀，也讲英语和日语脱口秀，在美国、泰国、日本等地都表演过。英国《独立报》称赞她：
British newspaper The Independent described her performance as "there's an international quality to her comedy, coupled with levels of calm and confidence that belie her youth".
英国《独立报》这样形容她的表演：“她的喜剧有国际范儿，加上冷静和自信，完全不像她这个年龄段该有的”。
接受采访时，她表示自己观察到其实中国单口喜剧女演员的占比要比美国女演员的占比多。
“I feel that the proportion of female stand-up comedians in China is actually moving in a good direction. When I went to the United States to perform, I found the gender ratio was more imbalanced.”
“我感觉中国单口喜剧女演员的比例正在往好的方向发展。我去美国表演的时候，发现那儿的性别比例更加失调。”
However, as in many other countries, female comedians in China represent only a small minority. According to Shanghai Xiaoguo Media Company — a giant in the domestic stand-up comedy industry, producing several online series including “Rock & Roast” — out of all the comedians who participate in the company’s open mic events, only around one-fifth are women.
然而，和许多其他国家一样，中国的女喜剧演员只占少数。上海笑果传媒公司称，在参加该公司开放麦表演的所有喜剧演员中，女性只占五分之一。该公司是国内单口喜剧行业的巨头，制作了包括《脱口秀大会》在内的多个网络喜剧节目。
杨梦琦打算之后辞掉营销总监的工作，全职讲脱口秀。她希望自己能影响性别平等的进程。
Despite the many challenges, Norah Yang is optimistic about the future for female comedians in China. “When people ask what has motivated me to stick with stand-up comedy,” she said, “my response is simple: I hope to use whatever influence I have to improve gender equality.”
尽管挑战重重，杨梦琦仍然对中国女喜剧演员的未来持乐观的态度：“有人问我是什么给了我坚持单口喜剧的动力，我的答案很简单：希望尽我所能去促进性别平等。”
优秀的女脱口秀演员绝不止上面提到的两位。今年常常出现在热搜的演员就有双胞胎姐妹颜怡颜悦，她们将刻板印象中勾心斗角的女性友谊作为创作对象；另外，毕业于吉林大学的工科女孩赵晓卉也常常把自己的车间生活当做笑料的来源。

国外也不乏优秀的华裔女脱口秀演员，像是Ali Wong（黄阿丽）和Jocelyn Chia（谢必孜）等等。国内外这些女脱口秀演员一起，为脱口秀带来了新鲜的声音。
