如何记忆？
字面意思是：在心脏/胸前画十字。而此动作可以追溯到画十字这个宗教传统。现在天主教和东正教的教会里仍然在沿用这一传统，人们相信在胸前画十字可以使自己免遭厄运，并且也证实自己的誓言是虔诚的。
所以：
cross my heart：在我的胸前画十字，
表示我发誓。
cross your heart：在你（你们）的胸前画十字，表示你（或你们）发誓。

例1：
-- Are you sure you are sick?
-- Yes! I am not lying! Cross my heart.
-- 你确定你生病了？

cross my heart :
People say"cross my heart" when they are making a promise. They also can ask"cross your heart?" to make sure someone will keep their promise.
当人们在做出承诺时会说“我发誓”。他们还可以问 “你发誓？” 来确保某人信守诺言。
