Actor Bill Nighy has become a new iconic British actor to join the Harry Potter franchise, making his debut as newly appointed Minister for Magic Rufus Scrimgeour in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.

Despite his faults, Scrimgeour helped Harry in his final moments.
