The Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic has a Brain Room, featured in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. However, the interior and functions of the mysterious room have not been shown more, leading to much speculation from fans.

The Department of Mysteries is located on the ninth floor of the Ministry of Magic and contains the Hall of Prophecy, Death Chamber, Love Chamber, Space Chamber, Time Room, and of course, the Brain Room. And this brain hall also happens to be the key to the second Wizard War.

In addition, some have speculated that the brains in the Brain Room have something to do with Legilimency, allowing people to look into the brains of these past wizards and do all sorts of research into their former abilities.
