最近很多人都处在后COVID的康复期，有各种不同的表现，觉得哪儿哪儿都不舒服。我公司元旦过后至今办公室都一直空荡荡的，到处都感到病歪歪的，偶尔来几个同事也是一脸倦容加愁容。不能问，一问都是一肚子苦水，家里老人都不省心。
这些症状有三种最常见的说法：
post-Covid conditions (PCC）
long Covid
aftermath after COVID-19
WHO官网上说10%-20%感染过COVID的人会持续各种不适症状相当长一段时间，所以又叫做 long Covid.
从词汇角度而言，我最喜欢第一种说法：post-Covid conditions.
后遗症的正式英文是 sequela，读音是 /sɪˈkwiːlə/ 或 /sɪˈkwɛlə/，意思是: A
disease or condition which follows chronologically after an earlier
disease or problem, being either wholly or partly caused by it, or made
possible by it. (Wiktionary)
但很少有人说这个词，说到中招康复后的不舒服就是上面那三种说法。
我从不相信中国各路专家/砖家的话，但这次我却希望他们说的是真的——"Covid没有后遗症"。我希望他们这辈子至少说一次真话，干一回人事儿。
根据美国CDC官网的统计，以下这些症状最普遍，你可以对照一下自己的情况：

Tiredness or fatigue that interferes with daily life 疲劳乏力
Symptoms
that get worse after physical or mental effort (also known as
“post-exertional malaise”) 劳累或劳神后愈发感到疲劳（就是俗话说的病还没好透，不能累着，一动就累。）
Fever 发烧
Respiratory and heart symptoms 呼吸系统和心脏症状
Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath 呼吸费力或气短
Cough 咳嗽
Chest pain 胸部疼痛
Fast-beating or pounding heart (also known as heart palpitations) 心跳加速（“心悸”）
Neurological symptoms 神经系统症状
Difficulty thinking or concentrating (sometimes referred to as “brain fog”) 注意力无法集中（“脑雾”）
Headache 头疼
Sleep problems 失眠
Dizziness when you stand up (lightheadedness) 起身时头晕目眩
Pins-and-needles feelings 针刺痛感
Change in smell or taste 嗅觉或味觉改变
Depression or anxiety 抑郁或焦虑
Digestive symptoms 消化系统症状
Diarrhea 腹泻
Stomach pain 胃疼
Other symptoms 其他症状
Joint or muscle pain 关节或肌肉疼
Rash 皮疹
Changes in menstrual cycles 月经紊乱
以上这些常见的症状，你对照一下。
