muffin top 用英文来解释就是：
excess stomach fat that is visible over the waistband of one's pants or skirt
裤腰带或裙腰上可见的腹部多余脂肪，我们俗称——小肚子。
而之所以这样命名，大概是因为小肚腩类似于烤杯子蛋糕时从杯子里凸出来的顶部。
It resembles the top of a muffin coming out of the cup it was baked in.
