不过说到海鲜自由，怎么可以没有海蛎子！那鲜嫩爽滑的肉质，独特原始的“海味儿”，简直让人鲜掉舌头，无论是炭烤、加上蒜蓉清蒸、还是蚵仔煎，最绝的当然还数炸蛎黄，都是无比的美味，想想就口水直流。
海蛎子，学名牡蛎、生蚝，翻译到英文是 oyster。而因为 oyster 的壳要撬开非常困难，所以英语俚语中，oyster 也被用来指代"沉默寡言的人"。

“世界是谁谁谁的牡蛎”事实上的意思是 a future with good or encouraging prospects（前景良好或令人鼓舞期待的未来）。
在剑桥英语词典中，the world is your oyster 的字面意思是 you can do what you want or go where you want（你可以做你想做的事、去你想去的地方），但短语中暗指的是你必须为之付出努力。
“The world is your oyster” means that the world is yours to enjoy if you work hard.
“世界是你的牡蛎”意味着如果你努力工作，你就可以享受整个世界。
An oyster isn’t easy to open and won’t give up the pearl inside it quickly.

However, as the phrase developed over time and got further away from the original meaning that Shakespeare intended, the violent connotation of the meaning drifted away.
