怎么学的英语

Please know that everything comes with a price. If you want to learn a new skill or a new language, it's not going to come as easily as downloading an attachment from your email.

learning a new skill comes with a cost, and the cost is 离开舒适区。想要真正的提升,就要have got to sacrifice your laziness and wanting to stay in your comfort zone

One tip I want to suggest is to challenge yourself every day to do one thing that scares you using English.
And it could be anything that feels scary  and intimidating. (每天干一件让我害怕和恐慌的事情)

你不可能一直说你背过的话。

We started forming our own language to express our needs, thoughts and feelings。
And it becomes more and more advanced and unique as we grow older and get more chances to use the language.

And the same goes with your second language.

If you find creating with your second difficult at first,  which is absolutely natural.

You can start by mimicking what native speakers say and copying good writing.(抄写好文章)

What I did and still do is to copy some parts of the book that I find impressive, funny or refreshing , inspiring on my notebook.

lines from the movies
jokes that you find hilarious on TV shows.
interesting comments you find on social media, etc.   etc is a written abbreviation for (书面缩略=) 'et cetera'.

There is a better term for it, and It's called Shadowing

A few moments of relaxation can work wonders

Focus On  what you are going to say more than how you are going to say it. I know I said imitate but notice that i said  imitate before you innovate. So you can feel free to practice by copying and shadowing.
But during the actual process of creating, you have to forget about the craft, how sophisticated, witty, smart, grammatically perfect  you'll sound, because that's likely going to block your creativity, but rather focus on what you are going to say or write(In other words your authentic thoughts and opinions).

as long as a meaning is delivered correctly

that lifts so much burden off of your shoulders

English has a sentimental and spiritual meaning in my life, so I had many things to include and talk about.

==============

To be honest, I never thought that I could speak English this good. When I first started learning English, I thought that I would never be able to have a good English level. All I was thinking about was that I would surely end up with a basic level. Although I was thinking a bit negatively, I kept learning new words, new expressions and mainly how to get basic information done. I was not really aware that my English was getting better day after day.

Once I had a basic level of English, once my level was good to some extent and once I was able to at least understand most of what people were saying, that was when I started to take things more seriously. That was when I started to be impressed by what I had achieved. That was when my passion started to get stronger. Then I said , if I could do this, then surely I can do more.

When I realized that my English had improved to an extent that I was able to understand many things -- things that I once thought I could never understand-- that was when I decided to take my English to the next level. I actually started to be more and more passionate about becoming a good speaker of English. And I was telling myself all the time, " as long as I've come this far , then I will never be satisfied with a basic level".

I created my own world of learning English so that nothing could stop me from pursuing my goal. I was thinking in English all day long to get myself familiar with this outstanding language and to avoid translating everything from my mother tongue into English , which is what most learners of English do. A few months later , many people were amazed at how I could do that , and quite frankly that made me more enthusiastic and made my passion grow even more stronger.

Now , my point here is that I want you to understand that whatever we Want to achieve in our life is not out of reach -- I want everyone to Completely understand that it is possible. Of course it won't be easy because everything has a cost. It may take time, it may be difficult at some point. But if your passion is strong enough and if you are willing to pay the price to make your dream a reality, believe me, no one can stop you.

I legit thought you studied abroad to learn your English.

Your English will never be perfect and it doesn’t have to be.
