很多人听到这句话，就会跟别人巴拉巴拉解释一大堆，可是啊，伙伴们，人家其实并不想听。 他们是在说，“可不是嘛!”。表示I have had the same
experience.(我也有相同经历)或者是：A way of saying you agree with someone.(我同意你的观点)。
Tell me about it! I’ve just been through that horrible situation so I totally
understand it!
可不是嘛!我才刚经历和你一样的遭遇，所以完全可以理解!
A: His attitude is driving me crazy.
他的态度真的快让我疯掉了。
B: Tell me about it.
可不是嘛!
You tell me! 还用你说?/ 可不是吗?
Oh! You tell me! I would never go to that restaurant anymore.
拜托，还用你说?我才不可能再去那家餐厅了呢!
