1. spring from 起源于；来自于
与come from 意思相近，这里的spring作动词。
例句：
The history of the country springs from a little island.

2. spring into action 立即行动
spring作动词，意为“跳跃”“突然提出”；action名词，意为“行动”，所以两者加在一起就成了“立即行动”的意思。
