bittersweet 确实有tasting both bitter and sweet “苦中带甜的”这个意思，不过更多还是指containing a mixture of sadness and happiness，苦中有乐的，苦乐参半的。

If you describe someone's behaviour or opinion as sour grapes, you mean that that person is angry because they have not got or achieved something that they wanted.

keep sb sweet 是英式英语，主要在英国使用，意思是 to try to keep someone satisfied and pleased with you so that you can continue to get what you want，努力让某人对你满意，这样你就能继续得到你想要的，也就是“取悦，讨好（某人）。”
