第一种“社牛”的英语说法：people person
Someone who is friendly and enjoys meeting and talking to people. 他们友好亲切，有良好的沟通技巧，喜欢认识结交新朋友，他们就是善于交际的人；与他人相处融洽的人。

Donna was a people person. She was warm, outgoing, and an excellent listener.

第二种“社牛”的英语说法：the life and soul of the party
Someone who is energetic and funny and at the centre of activity during social occasions. 他们活力四射，幽默风趣，活跃气氛小能手，舞台的中央总少不了他们优美的身影，他们就是社交活动的灵魂人物，中心人物。
有人喜欢用 social butterfly 来表示“社牛”。social butterfly 就是“交际花”的意思，指“交际天花板”，喜欢经常在社交活动中与他人交流互动的人；不过这个词偶尔也会被用作贬义，来形容“为派对而生的女人”。

我们来学个欧标C2水平的单词—— introvert，意思是 someone who is shy, quiet, and unable to make friends easily，害羞、安静、不容易结交朋友的人，也就是性格内向者。
与之相反的是 extrovert，指的是 an energetic happy person who enjoys being with other people，精力旺盛、开心活泼的喜欢与人交往的人，也就是性格外向的人。这是个C1水平的单词，所以不管是 introvert 还是 extrovert 都要记住哦。

This group included a minority of students who were quite introverted and shy, and others who whilst much more extrovert were not necessarily always naturally cooperative.
这一群体包括少数性格内向、害羞的学生，还有一些性格外向、天生不会合作的学生。
