The most obvious advantage is the increase of production. Under straight piecework, employees tend to work harder and quicker for a large amount of products for they receive a certain rate for each unit produced. （最明显的优势是产量的增加。在直接计件工作制下，员工往往会为了大量的产品而更加努力和更快地工作，因为他们每生产一个单位就会得到一定的报酬。）
2.缺点：
