The bodies playing major professional sports have changed dramatically over the years, and managers have been more than willing to adjust team uniforms to fit the growing numbers of bigger, longer frames.
dramatically //adv.
adjust //v. 调整
frame //n.
The bodies playing major professional sports have changed dramatically over the years(第一个并列句,其中 playing...是分词短语作定语,修饰主语 the bodies,谓语是 have changed), //and managers have been more than willing to adjust team uniforms to fit the growing numbers of bigger, longer frames(and 并列的第二个并列句).
