🚩wise是指“人充满智慧的，英明的，睿智的，指某人具有很强的判断力和洞察力，暗示经验丰富，知识广博”，柯林斯解释为A wise person is able to use their experience and knowledge in order to make sensible decisions and judgments.。
如：
a wise choice, decision, precaution, friend 高明的选择、决定、预防方法、朋友
She has the air of a wise woman. 她有才女气质。
You're a wise old man: tell me what to do. 您是位睿智的长者：告诉我该怎么办。
🚩judicious是“明智的，有见地的，审慎的；指思路清晰，能区别真伪，消除偏见，因为能做出公正的、正确的决定或者结论”，柯林斯解释为If you describe an action or decision as judicious, you approve of it because you think that it shows good judgment and sense.。它用法比较正式。
如：
The President authorizes the judicious use of military force to protect our citizens.总统授权可以明智而审慎地动用军队保护我们的公民。
