greetings复数名词，表示a message saying that you hope someone will be happy and healthy on their birthday, at Christmas etc，生日、节日时说的祝福别人的话，祝福语。
birthday greetings，生日祝福，New Year greetings，新年祝福。New Year's greetings也可以，美式英语经常加's。

catch up表示to spend time finding out what has been happening while you have been away or during the time you have not seen someone，通过聊天等方式了解自己不在的这段时间发生了什么事，了解最新的动态。
