"there is no replay button. Moreover there is no erase and record again facility!"
“I was once told by someone that I should end each day by crossing it off(v.除去) my calendar and saying out loud, “There goes another day of my life, never to return again.” Try this for yourself, and notice how much it sharpens your focus. When you end a day with the feeling that you would have lived it the same if you had the chance to repeat it, you gain a sense of gratitude that helps you focus on what’s really important to you. When you end the day with a feeling of regret or loss, you gain the awareness to try a different approach the next day”
If we’re not careful, we don’t notice that the days are passing us by. We take the paths of least resistance, sticking(v.粘住) within our comfort zone. We watch TV all evening rather than learn skills that will help us advance. We put up with(v. 无根据的) criticism, we passively submit to(v.屈服于) requests rather than assert our needs. We allow a lack of confidence to pass up(v.拒绝) on an opportunity.
Looking back over the past year, or even the past week, by doing things and stretching myself (v.拓展自我,做平时不做的事)that I feel I have made the most of(v. Or as the quote says, I would live it the same way if allowed to repeat it. But, to use another cliché(n.老生常谈), life is not a rehearsal - there is no replay button. Moreover there is no erase and record again facility!

How to put your best face forward and pose like a model?
1.Focus your eyes just slightly above the camera lens, move your face forward a bit, and tip down your chin.
2.Put your tongue behind your teeth and smile, which will relax your face.
3.Keep your arms by your side—but not glued there. To look natural, they should be a little away from your body.
4.Test-drive clothing against a white wall, with an indirect, natural light source (under a tree, indoors near a window)—it will show whether blue really is your best color.
5.As a rule, avoid patterns.
6.Photos exaggerate everything, so go easy on the makeup. For women under 30, a little mascara and lip gloss; over 30, add a touch of concealer.
7.Practice the classic model pose: Turn your body three quarters of the way toward the camera, with one foot in front of the other and one shoulder closer to the photographer. When you face forward, your body tends to look wider.
9.Study photogenic people as well as photos in which you think you looked best. Look at your best angle. You'll probably see that you were laughing or having a good time. Capturing someone when they're relaxed or most animated usually makes for the best results.
10.To feel at ease, try closing your eyes, then opening them slowly just before the photo is taken.

In general, the more distracting a piece of clothing or jewelry is, the less appropriate it is for office wear.
More guidelines to looking polished:
?Color plays a big part in professional image. Traditional career colors include red (aggressive), navy (trustworthy), gray (conservative) and black (chic). Most of these colors work well in pantsuits, skirts and shoes and mix back with softer feminine colors that are appropriate like ice blue, lilac, soft pink and ivory. Loud colors like hot pink and wild prints are much riskier in the office, but some creative types can still pull them off.
?Jewelry that jangles (chandelier earrings, stacks of bangles) is distracting. Opt for stud earrings or single bracelets.
?Most of what constitutes a polished image is in the details: manicured nails, run-free hose, scuff-free shoes, neat hair.
Don't know where to start working on your career image?

Life doesn't always give us the joys we want. We don't always get our hopes and dreams, and we don't always get our own way. But don't give up hope, because you can make a difference one situation and one person at a time.
Look for the beauty around you--in nature, in others, in yourself--and believe in the love of friends, family, and humankind. You can find love in a smile or a helping hand, in a thoughtful gesture or a kind word. It is all around, if you just look for it.
Give love, for in giving it you will find the power in life along with the joy, happiness, patience, and understanding. Believe in the goodness of others and remember that anger and depression can be countered by love and hope. Even when you feel as though there isn't a lot you can do to change unhappiness or problems, you can always do a little--and a little at a time eventually makes a big difference.

If you give up when it's WINTER, you will miss the promise of SPRING, the beauty of your SUMMER and the fulfillment of your FALL. Don't let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest. Don't judge life by one difficult season. Persevere through the difficult patches and better times are sure to come sometime or later.
Hope is both the earliest and the most indispensable virtue
inherent in the state of being alive. . . . If life is to be sustained
hope must remain, even where confidence is wounded, trust impaired.

1.Apply Moisturizer and Foundation First thing you want to do is to moisturize - so you're just going to apply the moisturizer all over. Second thing you want to do is to apply your foundation, and I always suggest using a sponge as opposed to your fingers - your finger oils and everything can really give you an uneven look. Once your foundation is done you will conceal your eyes and any blemishes.
2.Keep Eye Makeup Simple for a Fresh Face Now we're going to move on to the eyes. You want to be very minimal with what you use. Start off with a white base and just apply it all over your lid. And then you're going to want to take a really light brown eye shadow, and when you're going into your crease, always assess the shape of your eyes. Next thing you want to do is apply an eyeliner. And the trick is to keep it as close to your lash line as possible, and a really thin line so it doesn't even look like you're wearing any, but it's just going to give your eyes that pop that you need to look awake and ready to go. You can use a gel eyeliner like this one or you can also use a pencil, just make sure the pencil is very sharp. And you're just going to dot it, right above the lash line. And now you want to do your mascara - you can use brown or black, it doesn't matter, it's your preference. And the best way to apply mascara is to look down, lift your brow.
3.Use Neutral Blush and Lip Colors Now, the next step is blush. You can use any type of blush, just make sure it’s in a neutral pink-brown tone, so you just look naturally flushed. You always follow your cheek bone - you don't want to go into this section right here where it's going toward the ear, you want to keep it right above that. And now we'll move on to the lips. Keep it neutral, like another pink or brown to match the tone of the blush that you use.
4.Finish Your Fresh Face Look with Powder So now to finish the look, you just want to set it all in a powder, and here we have it: the fresh face look.

Hi there,新的一周开始了,it is a brand new start! How is eveything going on with you? If you really feel under pressure,it is essential for you to find a way to ease yourself. Don’t push me!!! But——attention please! When you have to deal with pressure, remember——never lose head. So,no matter how hard you feel, you should believe that the difficulties are only temporary and that you can conquer them definitely. You must be rational and positive when you face your life. After all, life is a flower.

New scientific research may even have the potential to extend the wisdom of yoga. If we understand more clearly the complex physiology involved in yogic practices, we may be able refine our techniques for opening our bodies.
Why Stretch?
Of course, yoga does far more than keep us limber. It releases tensions from our bodies and minds, allowing us to drop more deeply into meditation.
But in Western, physiological terms, "flexibility" is just the ability to move muscles and joints through their complete range. It's an ability we're born with, but that most of us lose. Our lives are restricted and sedentary, so our bodies get lazy, muscles atrophy, and our joints settle into a limited range."
By the time you become an adult, your tissues have lost about 15 percent of their moisture content, becoming less supple and more prone to injury. Your muscle fibers have begun to adhere to each other, developing cellular cross-links that prevent parallel fibers from moving independently. Slowly our elastic fibers get bound up with collagenous connective tissue and become more and more unyielding. Unless we stretch, we dry up and tan! Stretching slows this process of dehydration by stimulating the production of tissue lubricants. It pulls the interwoven cellular cross-links apart and helps muscles rebuild with healthy parallel cellular structure.
Many of the benefits derived from stretching—joint lubrication, improved healing, better circulation, and enhanced mobility—are related to the healthy stimulation of fascia. Of all the structural components of your body which limit your flexibility, it is the only one that you can stretch safely.
Stretches should be held 90 to 120 seconds to change the "ground substance" of connective tissue. Ground substance is the nonfibrous, gel-like binding agent in which fibrous connective tissues like collagen and elastin are embedded. Ground substance stabilizes and lubricates connective tissue. And it is commonly believed that restrictions in this substance can limit flexibility, especially as we age.

1. Every career plan must account for your strengths and weaknesses.
2. Both have advantages and disadvantages.
3. You have also appeared in some theatre productions. What are the advantages and disadvantages of TV work by comparison?
How does it happen? Perhaps you just begin to lose interest.
Are you facing that career change plunge? Do you wish you were? Take it slowly and make sure what you really want to do is change careers. Then use this 10-step plan, and you will be on much more sure footing -- and on a path toward career change success.
Finally, remember that career change is a natural life progression;
Most studies show that the average job-seeker will change careers (not jobs) several times over the course of his or her lifetime.
Step 1: Assessment of Likes and Dislikes. A lot of people change careers because they dislike their job, their boss, their company. So, identifying the dislikes is often the easier part of this step; however, you will not know what direction to change your career unless you examine your likes.
Step 2: Researching New Careers. Once you've discovered (or rediscovered) your passion, spend some time researching the types of careers that center around your passions. Don't worry if you're feeling a bit unsure or insecure -- it's a natural part of the career change process. How much research you do also partly depends on how much of a change you're making; for example, changing from a teacher to a corporate trainer versus switching from a nurse to a Web designer.
Step 3: Transferable Skills. Leverage some of your current skills and experiences to your new career. There are many skills (such as communications, leadership, planning, and others) that are transferable and applicable to what you want to do in your new career. You may be surprised to see that you already have a solid amount of experience for your new career.
Step 4: Training and Education. You may find it necessary to update your skills and broaden your knowledge. Take it slowly. And start slowly. Take a course or two to ensure you really like the subject matter.
Step 5: Networking. One of the real keys to successfully changing careers will be your networking abilities. People in your network may be able to give you job leads, offer you advice and information about a particular company or industry, and introduce you to others so that you can expand your network.
Step 6: Gaining Experience. Remember that, in a sense, you are starting your career again from square one. Obtaining a part-time job or volunteering in your new career field not only can solidify your decision, but give you much needed experience in your new career. You might also want to consider temping in your new field. Work weekends, nights, whatever it takes to gain the experience.
Step 7: Find a Mentor. Changing careers is a major life decision that can get overwhelming at times. Find a mentor who can help you through the rough patches. Your mentor may also be able to help you by taking advantage of his or her network.
Step 8: Changing In or Out. Some people change careers, but never change employers. It's more than likely that you will need to switch employers to change fields.
Step 9: Job-Hunting Basics. If it's been a while since you've had to use your job-hunting tools and skills, now is the time for a refresher course. Consider spending some time with one or more of our tutorials.
Step 10: Be Flexible. You'll need to be flexible about nearly everything - from your employment status to relocation and salary. Set positive goals for yourself, but expect setbacks and change - and don't let these things get you down. Besides totally new careers, you might also consider a lateral move that could serve as a springboard for a bigger career change. You might also consider starting your own business.
