Xiaohong：According to China’s Public Security Administration Punishment Law, Lucas will be detained for seven days and required to leave China within a certain time limit for molesting other people.

Here are eight steps to protect yourself from being sexually harassed:

Be informed about the definition of sexual harassment.

2.Be knowledgeable about institutional policies regarding sexual harassment.
2、了解有关性骚扰的机构政策。
3.Take an active role in fostering a work environment free from sexual harassment.
3、积极营造没有性骚扰的工作环境。
4.Attend sexual harassment prevention courses or training.
4、参加预防性骚扰课程或培训。
5.Report the harassment to your supervisor immediately, or a higher authority if your supervisor is the harasser. Consult with your human resources office and government agency if necessary. Never be afraid to report a comment, action, or gesture by somebody that made you feel uncomfortable.
5、如果骚扰者是你的主管，应立即向上级主管报告。如有必要，请咨询人力资源办公室和政府机构。永远不要害怕报告那些让你感到不舒服的评论、动作或手势。
6.If possible, speak with the individual directly and inform him or her that you feel the behavior is inappropriate.
