介绍学历背景
major in
“主修”的意思，用来介绍自己的专业。也可以作名词使用，与major相对应的是minor（辅修）。

介绍工作背景
spend XX years doing/as XX with ABC company
这是介绍自己的工作经验时最常用的一个句型，注意后面接公司用的介词是with。

move on to
可以用来表示换工作。

介绍个人技能
hone
掌握某种技能除了用最简单的develop，还可以用到这个词hone，表示“磨炼”，可以很好地衔接你的经历和个人技能，类似的词还有sharpen。

prepare me well for sth
“为……做好了准备”，同样可以衔接你的经历和个人技能。
