台风暹芭（英语：Typhoon Chaba；台湾译作佳芭，港澳译作暹（xiān）芭；国际编号：0416，JTWC编号:19W；台湾中央气象局分级：强烈台风）。暹芭就是热带花的意思，源于泰国。今年的台风“暹芭”起源于南海，这也从地理位置上相对应。

Many stay indoors or evacuate, but there is one particular group of people who remain. Journalists go to extremes to report typhoons. Live broadcasts are often met with wind-swept hair, drenched parkas, and soaked microphones, as journalists attempt to maintain composure and report to camera.
