The electricity load in several provinces' power grids hit millions of kilowatts, surpassing the last year's record. People are suffering heatstroke when working outdoors.
我还记得去年河南的大雨，但是今年河南已经被高温袭击了。随着热浪席卷中国北方，河南省本周用电量达到创纪录水平，主要是由于空调使用推高了用电量。几个省份电网的电力负荷达到数百万千瓦，超过了去年的用电记录。人们在户外工作时饱受中暑之苦。
