今天在“天气”栏目中，我们来聊聊“热射病”，Let's talk about “thermoplegia” in today’s program.
【导读】
进入7月，中国多地区开启了“蒸烤模式”，连续多日的高温橙色预警信号让市民直呼“太热了”。我们从四川大学华西医院获悉，医院连续收治了3名 热射病转诊病人，其中一人因病情来势汹汹，多器官衰竭，在转诊至华西医院时就发生呼吸心脏骤停，虽经全力抢救，但最终不幸去世。这3名热射病患者均为男性，年龄分别为20余岁、40余岁和60余岁，其中年轻的两位患者均是户外工作者，年龄稍大的患者发病时正在湿热的厨房做饭。今天我们就来聊聊和热射病相关的话题。

场景：三伏天，中国各地温度居高不下，天气预报都不敢报40度以上，被网友吐槽，希望酷暑早日过去。小华和小红在聊天中还学会了一个新词：热射病。
Xiaohong：Xiaohua, several Chinese cities broke new records for high temperatures as scorching heat wreaked havoc.
小红：小华，由于酷暑肆虐，中国多个城市的高温天气刷新了记录。
Xiaohua：Yes. When I went shopping, I saw many cover themselves with hats and masks as they walked or rode bikes.
小华：是的呢。我去购物的时候，我看见很多人走路骑车都戴上帽子和面罩。
Xiaohong：Red alerts, the highest in a three-tier warning system, were dispersed throughout the country.
小红：全国各地发布了红色警报，这红色警报可是三级警报系统中的最高级。
Xiaohua：Temperature forecasts have exceeded 40 degrees centigrade.

Xiaohong：And the heat wave is forecast to persist for at least two weeks.
小红：预计这股热浪将持续至少两周。
Xiaohua：Oh my god. The scorching heat reflects a global trend of increasingly frequent episodes of extreme weather driven by climate change.

Xiaohong：I heard that the residents of the city of Nanjing rested in underground shelters.

Xiaohua：We are always respectful to health workers stuck in full protective gear for long hours to curb the rapid spread of the Omicron variant.

场景：小红阅读到今年夏天因为重度中暑而不幸去世人们的新闻倍感痛心，跑到图书馆查阅了关于“热射病”相关的知识，并写成了日记。
Heat stroke can be divided into mild and severe heatstroke. Mild heatstroke is manifested as dizziness, headache, flushing, thirst, excessive sweating, general malaise, palpitations, rapid pulse, inability to concentrate, and uncoordinated movement. Symptoms of severe heatstroke include febrile convulsion, heat exhaustion and thermoplegia.
中暑可分为轻度中暑和重度中暑。轻度中暑表现为头晕、头痛、脸红、口渴、多汗、全身不适、心悸、脉搏加快、精神不能集中、动作不协调。严重中暑的症状包括热性惊厥、中暑衰竭和热射病。
The main manifestations of thermoplegia are muscle pain or convulsions. Dealing with thermoplegia, patients should sit quietly in a cool place to rest and drink fruit juices or sports drinks. If the patient has a history of heart disease or the status of thermoplegia after one hour has not faded, he must quickly seek medical advice.
热射病的主要表现为肌肉疼痛或抽搐。对于热瘫患者，应安静地坐在凉爽的地方休息，并喝果汁或运动饮料。如果患者有心脏病史或一小时后体温仍未消退，必须迅速就医。
Thermoplegia have various manifestations, such as dizziness, nausea, high body temperature (body temperature greater than 39.5 degrees Celsius), red and hot skin, dryness, sweat, and cold. The patient should be moved to a cool place, wipe the body with cool water to quickly cool the body. Do not give the patient water and call 120 quickly.
热射病有多种表现，如头晕、恶心、体温高(体温大于39.5摄氏度)、皮肤红热、干燥、出汗、发冷等。应将患者移至阴凉处，用凉水擦拭身体，使身体迅速冷却。不要给病人喝水，并迅速拨打120。
