hands-off
Someone who has a hands-off way of organizing or dealing with something
allows other people to make decisions about how things should be done and avoids
becoming directly involved.
某人如果用一种hands-off的方法管理或者处理某事，也就意味着他允许他人来对这件事拿主意，并且避免自己直接干涉此事。也就是“不插手的”,
“不干涉的”，可以引申为“顺其自然的”。
Paul has a hands-off style of management.
保罗采取一种不干涉的管理方法。
Some governments are now regretting their hands-off approach.
一些官员现在后悔对这些地方采取不干预的态度。
I did not approve of his actions, but I have a hands-off rule in personal
