If there is no holding someone (back), they do something eagerly and cannot be stopped. 如果 there is no holding sb (back)，他们会急切地做一些事情，而且无法阻止，也就是“什么也拦不住（某人）”。

There you go 是英语中很常用的口语之一，有两种含义，一是：给你；拿去吧，二是：没关系，让它去吧，让我们从例句中感受一下两种含义的不同吧。
🌰 举个例子：
There you go - I knew you'd forget if you didn't write it down.
看，我就知道你不把它写下来会忘记的。
We didn't win the competition, but there you go - we can always try again next year.
比赛我们没有赢，不过没关系——明年我们可以再争取。
不过 There you go again 的含义就大不相同了，意思是 a way of emphasizing that an action is often repeated “（某人）又来这一套了”。

There'll be hell to pay 是一个有点“危险”的句子，意思是 something you say that means someone will be very angry if something happens，要惹大麻烦。
