那“把肺都要咳出来了”用英语怎么说呢？还真有一种说法，叫 cough (one's) head off，to cough intensely, as from an illness，因为疾病而剧烈咳嗽。看来外国人不说肺咳出来，而说“把头咳掉了”。

还有一种说法叫做 coughing fit，意思是 a sudden period of coughing，“一阵猛咳”。

前几天C姐在刷微博的时候刷到真的有人咳出血，情况严重的时候大家一定要去医院。那“咳出...”用英语怎么说？cough sth up！to make something come out of your throat or lungs when you cough。

她开始咳血，医生担心了。
不过，俚语中，cough (sth) up 还有另一种意思，to produce money or information unwillingly，勉强给予（钱或信息）。最常用的情况就是让某人掏钱时会说 cough it up.

当然也有 cough sth out 或 cough out sth 这种说法，也有“把...咳出来”的意思，所以“把肺都咳出来”还可以说成 cough one's lungs out.（这个更常用
）。不过 cough out sth 还有另一种意思是 to say something while coughing，一边咳一边说话。🌰 举个例子
