roll around 的意思是“（时间或事件）开始”，所以，如果你想说“终于熬到周五了”，可以是：by the time the weekend rolls around / Friday finally rolls around.

kick back

但是 put sb off 的意思就多了，一是“拒绝（某人）；阻止（某人）”，比如：
He keeps asking me out, and I keep putting him off.
他不停地约我出去，我一直拒绝他。
二是：分散（某人）的注意力，让（某人）打消念头，比如：
Once she's made up her mind to do something, nothing will put her off.
她一旦下定决心做什么事情，没有什么能让她改变主意。
三是：使反感；使泄气，这反感的可能是人，也可能是某件事，比如：
