抱歉的。
🚩sorry尤其用在口语中，“表示自己认识到错了而道歉”，柯林斯解释为You say 'Sorry' or 'I'm sorry' as a way of apologizing to someone for something that you have done which has upset them or caused them difficulties, or when you bump into them accidentally.。它不能用在名词前。如果是让某人say sorry，表示“他们应该道歉”；说某人be sorry that...，则表示他们感到遗憾，希望这件事情没有发生。
如：
I'm really sorry if I said anything wrong.如果我说错了什么，那真的十分抱歉。
I'm sorry to call so late, but I need a favour.这么晚打电话真是抱歉，可是我需要帮个忙。
The next morning she came into my room and said she was sorry.第二天早晨，她来我的房间向我道了歉。
🚩I’m afraid常用语口语总，表示“礼貌地说出令人不快，令人失望或者感到遗憾的事情，我怕...，恐怕，很遗憾...，对不起”，柯林斯解释为If you want to apologize to someone or to disagree with them in a polite way, you can say I'm afraid.。
如：
We don't have anything like that, I'm afraid.我们恐怕没有那样的东西。
I'm afraid I can't help you. 恐怕我帮不了你。
🚩bad总是用在feel这个动词后面，用法非常不正式，表示“因为自己知道自己错了，或者做自己该做的事情而感到愧疚，感到羞愧”，柯林斯解释为If you feel bad about something, you feel rather sorry or guilty about it.。
如：
You don't have to feel bad about relaxing...你不必为放松感到内疚。
I feel bad that he's doing most of the work...大部分工作都是他在干，我觉得很过意不去。
🚩guilty与bad意思相同，表示“因为自己做错了，或者没有做自己该做的事情而感到内疚和惭愧”，柯林斯解释为If you feel guilty, you feel unhappy because you think that you have done something wrong or have failed to do something which you should have done.。
如：
I feel so guilty, leaving all this to you...把这些事都留给你去做，我真感到过意不去。
When she saw me she looked guilty.她见到我时一脸歉疚。
🚩apologetic表示“因为给人带来麻烦，伤害，或者让人失望而感到歉意，认错”，柯林斯解释为If you are apologetic, you show or say that you are sorry for causing trouble for someone, for hurting them, or for disappointing them.。
如：
The hospital staff were very apologetic but that couldn't really compensate...医院的工作人员深表歉意，但这真的于事无补。
They were almost apologetic about the improvements they'd made...对于他们所做的改进，他们简直感到愧疚。
🚩ashamed表示“感到尴尬，羞耻，害臊”，柯林斯解释为，If someone is ashamed, they feel embarrassed or guilty because of something they do or they have done, or because of their appearance.，和If you are ashamed of someone, you feel embarrassed to be connected with them, often because of their appearance or because you disapprove of something they have done.。
如：
I felt incredibly ashamed of myself for getting so angry. 我对自己发那么大的火而深感惭愧。
She was ashamed that she looked so shabby...她因为自己衣衫褴褛而感到无地自容。
I've never told this to anyone, but it's true, I was terribly ashamed of my mum.这件事我从来没告诉过别人，但是我真的为我妈感到很害臊。
