翻译思路：
redundancy 是“冗余，多余的材料”的意思。但是还有一层含义是指“通过多重备份来增加系统的可靠性”。所以感觉翻译为“数据冗余，数据备份”都是可以的。

结构：
The mystery is （主句）//that this should come as a surprise to any boss（that表语从句）.
译文：
难以理解的是，所有老板对此都觉得诧异。
翻译思路：
句子短，理解上也要注意，否则就会翻译错。主语The mystery是“神秘的事物，让人难懂的，难以理解的事物”。短语come as a surprise/relief/blow to someone意思是to make someone feel surprised/relieved/disappointed等意思。表语从句的主语this指代的是上文“数据保护…等是管理问题而不是技术问题”，这一点使那些老板们感到诧异。最后，any boss是所有老板，任何老板都对此感到诧异。
