富。
🚩rich含义最广泛，它可以指人，是“拥有比自己正常所需或比别人更多的金钱或者财产”，柯林斯解释为A rich person has a lot of money or valuable possessions.。它还有很多引申意义，“精神丰富、土壤肥沃、颜色浓艳、声音洪亮”等等，基本上属于“量大，质优”的状态。
如：
Their one aim in life is to get rich.他们人生的一个目标就是要变成有钱人。

🚩wealthy仅指人，是“经济上富裕，社会地位稳定，有身份”，柯林斯解释为Someone who is wealthy has a large amount of money, property, or valuable possessions.。它比rich要文雅，但是不如rich语气强烈。Wealth还意味着有“更大的、更永久性的财源或者收入”，rich有可能是“一夜暴富”的感觉。

prosperous是“成功的，兴旺的，繁荣的，尤其指经济上”，柯林斯解释为Prosperous people, places, and economies are rich and successful.。用法比较正式。如：

🚩affluent可以指个人、社会、经济情况等，是“财力充足、生活富足”，朗文词典的解释是having plenty of money, nice houses, expensive things。它暗含的意思是“财源不断，越来越多”，而不会坐吃山空。

🚩opulent常常用来指地方或者物体，是“奢华的，奢侈的，富丽堂皇的”，柯林斯解释为Opulent things or places look grand and expensive.。它也可以指人，是“阔绰的，挥霍的，挥金如土的”，柯林斯解释为Opulent people are very wealthy and spend a lot of money.。它的用法比较正式。
