译文：
罗伯特·J·斯腾伯格认为，这样的标准化测试或许并非能够评估要获得学业成功和生活成功必须的所有重要因素。
翻译思路：部分否定
要注意necessary to succeed in school and in life是形容词短语作定语，修饰上文的the important elements。要注意这一类形容词短语，很多人学习过程中容易忽视。
还有就是to succeed in school and in life我翻译为“获得学业成功和生活成功”。
还有，not…all…是一个部分否定，要翻译为“并非所有”。
最后，斯腾伯格这个人，也比较著名。大家有空可以百度一下。
