我 (们) 说到哪儿了？适合短暂中断之后说。
Where were we不一定非要多个人在讲话才能说，比如说一个人在做汇报，其他人只是在听，也可以用where were we，这个说法听起来亲切一点。
Hold on, let me just grab my notes. Sorry, where was I? Oh, right, the application deadline.
等一下，我拿一下笔记。抱歉，我说到哪儿了？哦，对了，申请的截止日期。
A: Excuse me, quick question?
不好意思，能问个小问题吗？

我 (们) 刚在讨论什么？适合短暂中断之后说。

B: So we can install the new version now?
那我们现在可以安装新版本了？
A: Yes, and, um...I lost my train of thought. What was I talking about?
对，呃，我忘了我要说什么了。我刚刚在说什么？lost one's train of thought表示to forget what one was talking or thinking about，思路断了，不记得刚才在想或者在说什么。
B: You were telling me about the software update.
你在跟我说软件更新的事。

B: We were going over next week's plan.
我们在讨论下周的计划。go over sth. 表示在仔细看或讨论某文件、某话题。

上次在哪里停的？适合中断时间比较长的语境，比如上一节课，上一次开会。
A: It's been a week since we last discussed this. Where did we stop?
我们上次讨论这个问题已经是一周前了。我们当时看到哪了？
B: We were halfway through the data analysis.
数据分析看了一半。
A: Where did we leave off before the holiday?
放假前我们讲到哪了？leave off就是stop的意思。
B: We finished Unit 5.
