01 Who's in it?
都有哪些演员？
02 Are there any big names in it?
Is there anyone famous in the movie?
有大明星吗？
03 Who's in the cast?
演员阵容里有谁？cast /kɑːst/ 名词，表示all the people who perform in a play, film etc，电影里的所有演员，演员阵容。
04 Who plays in the movie?
05 Who's the lead?
Who's the main actor?
主演是谁？lead作名词，可以表示主角或主演。
06 Who stars in the movie?
主演是谁？比较书面。star的具体用法看下边第5条。
07 Which actors appear in the movie?
哪些演员在电影里露脸了？比较书面。

01 Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi.
直接说名字最简单。
02 It's got Ian McKellen.
Ian McKellen is in it.
Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi are in it.
03 Ian McKellen is the lead.
Ian McKellen plays the lead.
下边4条书面/正式一点：
04 It features Ian McKellen.
feature /ˈfiːtʃə(r)/ 作名词的时候表示“亮点，特征，特色”，在这里是动词，表示“以...为亮点特色，以...为重要组成部分”，在影视的语境里就是指以某个演员为主演。
05 It stars Ian McKellen.
Ian McKellen stars in it.
star在这里是动词，常用在影视宣传的语境里，而且用法很特别，可以说sb stars in the movie，也可以说the movie stars sb，都表示某人是电影的主演之一，演员或者电影都可以作主语，这个词不用被动态。
06 The lead actor is Ian McKellen.
07 The cast includes Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi.
C 饰 演 角 色
01 be
最简单最口语的说法。
She's a princess in the show.
她在剧里演一个公主。
Sherlock Holmes is Benedict Cumberbatch.
夏洛克·福尔摩斯是本尼迪克特·康伯巴奇演的。
02 play
也是口语里常用的说法，后边可以加角色或者名字、人设等等。
He plays the hero in the movie.
他在电影里演男主。
He played Sherlock Holmes in the series.
他在这剧里演夏洛克·福尔摩斯。
She played a detective in the show.
她在剧里演一个侦探。
也可以用被动态：
Thor is played by Chris Hemsworth.
雷神由克里斯·海姆斯沃斯饰演。
The heroine is played by a new actress.
女主角是一个新人演员演的。
03 act
表示to perform in a play or film，经常作不及物动词，表示“演戏，表演”。也可以作及物动词，act the role of...，演某个角色，但这个说法远远没有play那么常用。
Have you ever acted in a film before?
你之前演过电影吗？
He acted the role of the villain in the film.
他在这部电影里演反派。
04 star
上边我们看了star可以用演员或者电影作主语，要说明具体演的角色时加as。
Emma Watson stars in the Harry Potter series as Hermione.
The Harry Potter series stars Emma Watson as Hermione.
艾玛·沃特森在《哈利-波特》系列中饰演赫敏。
05 portray
/pɔː'treɪ/ 动词，to act a particular role in a film or play，扮演，饰演，用法和play一样，不过portray书面一点。
She portrays a special agent in the show.
她在剧中扮演一名特工。
Thor is portrayed by Chris Hemsworth.
雷神的扮演者是克里斯·海姆斯沃斯。
