01 take a/the hint
hint /hɪnt/ 名词，表示用言语或行为给出的暗示。take a/the hint是一个习语，表示to understand what someone is suggesting indirectly，能理解别人的暗示，不需要别人明说，经常用来表示停止做某件别人不喜欢、不乐意但是又不好直白告诉你的事。
