01 It's/That's easy for sb to say.
“你说得容易”，口语里用，和“站着说话不腰疼”一个意思，当别人表达观点或者提了建议之后说的话，表示某人不需要经历某些困难、不需要亲自去做、不会受到影响，所以才觉得简单。
A: If people are unhappy with those working conditions, they can just get a new job!
如果人们对这些工作条件不满意，他们可以直接换一份工作！
B: That's easy for you to say. You haven't had to look for a job in over 15 years, and the market's changed so much since then.
你说得容易，你已经有15年没找过新工作了，这些年就业市场变化很大的。
A: Janet thinks you should take a break from work for a while.
珍妮特认为你应该休假一段时间。

站着说话不腰疼，她又没有一大堆未完成的项目。have sth on sb's plate表示to have something, usually a large amount of important work, to deal with，手头有一大堆事情、工作要处理。
02 It's easy to say on/from the sidelines.
sideline /ˈsaɪdlaɪn/ 名词，表示球场等的边线，界线，on/from the sidelines是习语，表示not actively involved in something，旁观，就好像看比赛一样站在边上或者场外看，没有直接参与。这个短语的意思是不是当事人所以说得轻巧。
A: In this case, it's worth the risk. You should go for it.
在这种情况下，冒点风险是值得的。你应该全力去做。
B: It's easy to suggest that from the sidelines. You don't have to deal with the fallout if things go wrong.
事不关己，提建议当然简单。如果出了差错，承担后果的人又不是你。fallout不可数名词，表示the unpleasant results or effects of an action or event，后果。
A: You need to push the team harder.
你对球队要再严一点，逼一逼他们。
B: Easy to say on the sidelines. You're not the one training with them every day. You don't know how drained they are after those long hours.
你说得轻巧，每天和他们一起训练的人不是你，你不知道他们在长时间训练后有多疲惫。drained /dreɪnd/ 表示very tired。
