tired /ˈtaɪə(r)d/ 形容词，feeling that you would like to sleep or rest; needing rest，觉得累的，想要睡觉/休息的，除了形容人整体状态，也可以形容手、腿等部位。
写太多字、长时间提重物手酸、站久了腿酸等等这类语境可以用tired，tired形容的酸累一般是暂时的，不痛，休息一下就好了。
例：My hand was so tired when I finished that essay. I could barely hold the pen.
写完作文的时候我的手很酸，勉强才能握住笔。
例：Can you hold this box for a minute? My arms are getting tired.
你能帮忙拿下这个盒子吗，我手有点酸了。
例：My neck gets tired when I'm looking down at my phone for too long.
低头看手机太久，我会脖子酸。
·2. sore·
sore /sɔː(r)/ 形容词，if a part of your body is sore, it is painful, and often red, especially because of infection or because a muscle has been used too much，身体某个部位酸痛，因为发炎感染或某处肌肉使用过多。
sore比tired更酸痛一点，而且可以持续一段时间，比如说八百米跑步考试第二天腿还是酸痛。
例：We moved into our new flat yesterday. My arms are so sore.
我们昨天搬进新公寓了。我现在胳膊好酸。
例：My legs are so sore from the hike. I can hardly walk now.
这次徒步让我腿很酸痛，我现在几乎走不了路。
例：I carried that heavy backpack all day yesterday, and my shoulders are still sore.
昨天我背了一整天那个很重的背包，肩膀到现在还酸痛。
