I usually brush my teeth in the bathroom. First, I turn on the tap and get some water in a cup. Then I squeeze toothpaste onto my toothbrush. To rinse my mouth, I take some water, swish it around my mouth, and then spit it into the washbasin.

Before brushing my teeth, I always dip the head of the brush in water to make it wet. Then I start brushing my teeth. I move the brush back and forth and up and down to clean my teeth and gums.
