I usually brush my teeth in the bathroom. First, I turn on the tap and catch some water in a cup. Then, I squeeze a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste onto the bristles of the toothbrush. To rinse my mouth, I take some water, swish it around my mouth, and spit it out into the washbasin.

Once I've finished brushing, I spit out any excess toothpaste. I rinse off the toothpaste and foam with water, repeating this step several times. Then I turn on the tap and rinse the toothbrush under running water to remove the remaining toothpaste. Lastly, I clean the cup and put the toothbrush upright in it to dry.
