关于市场部Marketing

冒个泡 推荐 一本书 ‘米娅，快跑 ” 讲的是宝洁市场部的故事

我是市场学系电子商务专业的，目前手头上的OFFER是电子商务企业的项目助理，职业路径是项目助理——项目经理——区域项目总监。
不过个人还是比较喜欢Markting，性格也比较适合Mkt，不知道做项目助理，以后往市场方面的可能性多大，感觉联系是有的，但是也并不是那么的相关。

学的营销，毕业后三年进入市场部，现在准备换单位了，找个市场执行方面的职位。当初进这个公司完全都忽悠了，打着市场的旗号，其实就是客户开发，废了大半年，bless我有个好的offer吧

执行的入门比较浅 后期想要有深度比较难 相同的职位：市场沟通 marcom

lz最近体验出了一个感悟
快消虽然是每个mkter的理想 但已经不太适合我这种有了几年B2B经验的人
最主要的是 FMCG也好 B2C其他行业也好
无法很好的balance 工作和生活 所谓钱多事少离家近 永远无法在这些公司得到你想要的平衡点

何况现在的B2B行业也逐步开始运用新的营销方式
打个比方：微薄 哈哈
多途径的信息获得和反馈 让B2B的mkt也能做出很多的东西（当然 也是要看公司滴）

市场分析

这类职位还蛮多的 而且价码不错 猎头这里的 3+经验10w基本都没问题

· Coordinate the preparation of the business plan, the strategic plan and other on-demand strategic analysis and supporting documents;

· Monitore the marketing team execution and achievement of the business plan targets on a monthly basis through relevant KPI monitoring;

· Prepare national and regional sales tools in term of segmentation, market potential & market share, sales & customer performance;

· Manage primary and secondary market research related to the general market trends, product specific trends, vehicle parc analysis & segmentation, channel & customer trends, brand survey;

· Conduct competitor research in term of product features and benefits, pricing & positioning, commercial policies, distribution networks & competitive landscape;

· With the support of Director drive cross-functional activities to improve the business process in various business areas of marketing, sales and supply-chain;

· Coordinate regular monthly demand forecasting with sales, marketing and inventory planning department and assess forecasting performance;

· Produce marketing analysis to support increased sales and profitability performance across all products & customers;

· Support Director to prepare relevant analysis and presentation for leadership discussions and reviews.

忘了说了 marcom不在乎背景 但熟悉产品当然加分

作为工科生自认逻辑分析能力还好，想来想去有俩途径，一个是海投市场和销售职位，另外一个是市场分析方面，敢问lz，这两者要求都是如何？最近投的市场实习简历就被bs掉了..

mkt简单来说 沟通能力好 注重细节 事情的整体概念强 个性当然外向是最好的
如果就mkt analysis 说的话 逻辑能力 行业敏感度 数据分析能力 最好兼顾一点财务知识 要是说软件的 话 spss比较入门款
sales 沟通 抗压 情绪控制力强 适应频繁出差应酬 有道德底线（这条懂得吧 =.=)
