Ray：It's a fantastic trip! I visited a lot of places, like Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.

Xiaohong：What was your most interesting travel experience?

Ray：Cun means village. Cun BA is an outdoor basketball match where the atmosphere rivals America's NBA games.

Xiaohong：Where was the event held?
小红：球赛在哪儿举行的呀？
Ray：The event was held in Taipan village in Taijiang county in southern Guizhou Province. Actually, the event has been held for decades at the village where the basketball competition is part of a traditional Miao ethnic harvest festival during the lunar calendar month of June.
雷：该比赛在贵州省南部台江县的台盘村举行。事实上，这项赛事在这个村子已经举办了几十年了。在这里，篮球比赛是苗族传统的农历六月丰收节的一部分。
Xiaohua：Who organised the matches?
小华：谁组织的比赛啊？
Ray：The matches were organised locally by villagers without any involvement from authorities. There were 16 male teams from across Guizhou Province taking part in the competition. The players were all amateur, most of them farmers.

My most memorable travel experience was going to Guizhou Province this year, because I watched a basketball match called CunBA. Cun means village in Mandarin. CunBA is the annual basketball event which has been held for decades at the village where the basketball competition is part of a traditional Miao ethnic harvest festival during the lunar calendar month of June.
我最难忘的旅行经历是今年去了贵州，因为我看了一场叫“村BA”的篮球赛。“村”在普通话里是村庄的意思。“村BA”是村里一年一度的篮球赛事，已经举办了几十年。在这里，篮球比赛是苗族传统的农历六月丰收节的一部分。
The event attracted tens of thousands of local and neighboring villagers. People often couldn’t find empty seats on the cement stairs meant for spectators because of the popularity of the matches. Many stood nearby — even climbing onto surrounding hills and rooftops to watch. “I’ve brought a stool to stand on to watch the match. I won’t leave my place; otherwise, my spot will be taken by others immediately.” said one of the villagers.
这一活动吸引了数万名当地和邻近村民。由于比赛很受欢迎，人们经常在为观众准备的水泥楼梯上找不到空座位。许多人站在附近，甚至爬上周围的小山和屋顶观看。“我带了个凳子来站着看比赛。我不会离开我的地方；否则，我的位置马上就会被别人占了。”一个村民说。
The prize for the champion was a live cow, with two goats as the second prize and two pigs as the third prize. The villagers' skilled organization of the entire event showed their professionalism and love for the game of basketball.
冠军的奖品是一头活牛，二等奖是两只山羊，三等奖是两头猪。村民们熟练地组织了整个活动，体现了他们对篮球运动的专业和热爱。
